Zachery Ty Bryan appeared in court on Monday, Dec. 29, for a hearing involving his probation violation.
During the hearing, the Home Improvement alum, 44, admitted to three probation violations, KEZI reported.
Following his admission in court, Bryan's probation officer recommended that he now serve the entirety of the 19-to-20 month sentence he originally faced in connection with a 2023 domestic violence conviction, according to the outlet.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 17.
According to online records, Bryan was released from Lane County Community Corrections in Eugene, Ore., on Dec. 10. He had been in custody for nearly two weeks after being arrested for allegedly violating probation connected to a prior assault conviction.
At his Dec. 3 arraignment, Bryan denied the charges.
Bryan and his fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright, 32, were both arrested on Nov. 29. Cartwright was later arraigned and pleaded not guilty to one count of driving under the influence, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and three counts of reckless driving.

The Lane County Sheriff's Office detailed the incident that led to the arrests in a Facebook post on Dec. 1, revealing that police were responding to a report of reckless endangering when they found Bryan, Cartwright and their three children in a pickup truck near a popular Oregon campsite.
“They were driving together in the area,” the LCSO said. The police alleged in the statement, “At some point Bryan got out of the pickup truck and began walking on Big Fall Creek Road. Cartwright then attempted to run over Bryan, crashing the truck with the children inside into the ditch. Bryan was able to move out of the way and avoid injury. No one inside the pickup was injured."
"Deputies interviewed Bryan and Cartwright. Deputies observed signs both were impaired,” the LCSO statement claimed. “Deputies also interviewed witnesses contacted on scene. Per a court order from a prior case, Bryan was not supposed to be in contact with Cartwright."
The LCSO ended the post by stating that "after additional investigation, Cartwright was arrested for Attempted Assault in the 1st Degree, three counts of Recklessly Endangering, and DUII. Bryan was arrested for a probation violation on an original charge of Assault in the 4th Degree. The involved children were placed with a family member."
Bryan was initially denied bail and given an “end of sentence date” of Dec. 3, when he was first booked by the LCSO on Nov. 29. However, he was later transferred to Lane County Community Corrections on a “detainer.”
Per Lane County, “This program houses offenders in a structured setting, allowing them to leave the premises for work or other approved activities such as drug treatment.”
Bryan and Cartwright have been engaged since November 2021 and share daughter Kennedy, 3, and twins Parker and Sequoia, 2. This latest run-in with the law marked the Hammer of the Gods star’s sixth arrest in five years amid the pair’s history of legal issues.
In 2021, Bryan pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges of domestic violence after being accused of strangling a woman. In 2023, he pled guilty to fourth degree felony assault. Then, in 2024, he was arrested twice on DUI charges.
In January of this year, Bryan faced allegations of second-degree domestic violence from Myrtle Beach police in South Carolina. In a police report obtained by PEOPLE, the arresting officer said a woman, who was reported to be Cartwright, "stated that she was assaulted" by Bryan and the two "live together and have children in common."
Per the police report, the woman further alleged that Bryan "choked her and punched her in the face multiple times," and there were "others" involved who were "inside the home during the incident."
