Ciara’s pregnant dance routine is proving that she has no plans to slow down. The singer showed off her moves again in a new Instagram video posted on September 29, playfully responding to people telling her to sit down.

Pregnant Ciara has no plans to ‘sit down’ or stop moving with another banger dance routine

The clip opens with Ciara dancing in a black outfit that shows off her baby bump. She wears a fitted sleeveless top and loose black pants, keeping her look comfortable while moving through the routine. She later adds oversized sunglasses as she turns up the energy.

“Them: ‘Sit down, you movin’ too much.’ Me: ????‍??,” Ciara captioned the video.

She also credited her friend 1 Young Dro for the track, writing that he “WENT INNNN” on the “YES ATL Mix.” She then joked, “How am I supposed to stop?!”

Ciara’s pregnant dance video comes just days after the singer brought similar energy to the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas. During her set, she performed several of her biggest hits while showcasing her signature choreography.

Ciara even incorporated her pregnancy into the performance. During “Like a Boy,” she performed a back bend while holding her baby bump. She later joked about the baby “bouncin’ around” and said she would keep “dancin’ around.”

The singer announced in September that she is expecting her fifth child and her fourth with husband Russell Wilson. The couple already share Sienna, Win, and Amora, while Ciara also shares her eldest son, Future, with rapper Future. So, the latest video gave another glimpse at Ciara balancing pregnancy with her love of dance.

Meanwhile, fans clearly loved watching her keep the energy high. “Teach me ur ways!!! ??????,” one fan commented. “Girl this is just showing us other preggos up ?,” another wrote. “A whole vibe, mama!?” a third fan added.
