M&M'S is releasing a limited-edition All Cerulean pack inspired by The Devil Wears Prada's cerulean monologue

The candy will be available for free in limited quantities starting May 1 at 11 a.m. ET on MMS.com

The release coincides with buzz around The Devil Wears Prada 2, starring Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway and much of the original cast

M&M'S is leaning into The Devil Wears Prada 2 excitement with its latest release.

On Wednesday, April 29, the candy brand announced its limited-edition All Cerulean pack, entirely in the single shade of blue as a wink to the memorable monologue performed by Meryl Streep in the original film. The pack will be available in limited quantities beginning May 1 on MMS.com, offered free while supplies last.

The release plays off the legacy of The Devil Wears Prada, the fashion world comedy that first hit screens nearly two decades ago. Based on the book of the same name by Lauren Weisberger, the 2006 film starred Anne Hathaway as Andy Sachs, a recent graduate who lands a job as assistant to demanding fashion editor Miranda Priestly, played by Streep.

The film follows Andy as she navigates the high-pressure world of fashion publishing, balancing her career ambitions with her personal life and relationships with colleagues Emily (Emily Blunt) and Nigel Kipling (Stanley Tucci).

The upcoming sequel, first confirmed in July 2024, brings much of the original cast back together. Filming began in June 2025, with Streep, Hathaway and Tucci reprising their roles.

According to Variety, the new film centers on Miranda Priestly as she faces the decline of traditional magazine publishing and navigates a changing media landscape. Her storyline is expected to intersect with Blunt's character, now a powerful executive at a luxury group controlling key advertising dollars.

The sequel may also draw inspiration from Weisberger's follow-up novel, Revenge Wears Prada, which revisits the characters years later as their careers evolve.

New cast members include Kenneth Branagh, alongside additions like Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux and B. J. Novak.

While plot details remain limited, returning star Blunt previously said the sequel carries "deep emotional roots," which may signal a continuation that builds on the original's lasting cultural impact.

For now, fans can get a small taste of the world of Runway, one cerulean M&M at a time.
