Donald Trump was spotted leaving for a trip without his usual aide, Natalie Harp, in a notable departure from routine, instead accompanied by his "most beautiful" assistant, Margo Martin.
Trump, 80, was photographed heading to the Ellipse to board Marine One bound for Joint Base Andrews on July 27, with Martin by his side and Harp conspicuously absent.
The president was en route to Milford, Michigan, to tour a General Motors facility when he was captured on camera alongside Martin both on the White House grounds and in a vehicle heading to their flight. This follows reports that Trump was labeled "tone deaf" after his Martin made a bold promise on social media.

Spotting Trump without Harp close by has become increasingly rare, fueling speculation that she rarely leaves his side as questions about her precise role continue to circulate.
Harp, who has become a constant presence alongside the president as he carries out his official duties, was seen in the Oval Office on Wednesday, July 29, clutching three phones in her right hand during an event announcing major renovations to Dulles Airport, reports the Irish Star.

Harp's profile has grown considerably since Trump returned to office in January 2025. Numerous social media users have taken to calling her the president's "diaper nurse," a pointed reference to his age, as he ranks among the oldest commanders-in-chief in American history.
Allegations of Trump wearing a diaper recently resurfaced when Trump was photographed standing with Spain's national soccer team as players hoisted the World Cup trophy. Harp has emerged as one of the administration's most visible figures, despite holding the position of executive assistant to the president.

Both Harp and the president were seen reviewing the modifications after returning from a visit to Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia. The 35-year-old was photographed wearing a baseball cap while holding multiple binders.
Additional images captured showed Harp talking and sharing laughs with two men who appeared to be connected with the project.
A significant portion of the assistant's duties reportedly involves retrieving merchandise, conducting Google searches, printing articles from conservative news outlets, and recommending Truth Social posts for the president.
Psychology professionals suggested she had formed a "child and caregiver bond" with the president.

According to Harp, President Trump became her savior when he approved the use of various alternative treatments after chemotherapy and other trials had proven unsuccessful.
This is what reportedly caused the devotion to the president, experts said. "When one person plays a meaningful role in another's survival, whether by advocating for treatment, providing resources, or simply being present during the most frightening chapter of their life, the relationship is often transformed," said Ben Mushlin, founder of Searchlight Therapy.
