Chrissy Teigen is embracing all of what being 40 has to offer.
The television personality, author and mom turned a new page in November 2025 and has recently been reflecting on her new decade.
Teigen shared all the contradictions she's been feeling with her age in a Wednesday, April 29, Instagram post.
"I love 40 but I hate sweating the bed," she wrote. "But I love pockets and my new hair. But I'm so tired. But I love feeling things again. But I'm so tired. My skin is changing. My period is back. I feel like a crazy person but I love 40 I really do!!! Help."
In the comment section, she also asked her followers to share what they've learned going through perimenopause and menopause.
"Take everything offered to you and ask everyone what they're taking!" The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow replied. "Also, you need to constantly monitor and adjust what you take because your body changes constantly. Wait, was that helpful or confusing?"
Teigen posted her reflections alongside three photos of her rocking her new bob, which she showed off on social media in March, with a colorful dress and red suede heeled boots.

The following year, she underwent surgery for her hairline. After posing a photo of herself with a bandaged face in the hospital, she later revealed, "Hi friends! [A] lot of you have been wondering about my hospital pic which is very understandable as I gave no explanation lol. I had a hairline lowering procedure."
“Lost a lot in the front from babies and it's just very thin up there,” she explained of her hair while seemingly referencing how her hair growth was affected after welcoming her four children with husband John Legend. “When you see it on a carpet, it's ALWAYS extensions.”
