Beyoncé Knowles-Carter is poised to make a long-awaited return to the Met Gala, stepping in as a 2026 co-chair alongside Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams and longtime organizer Anna Wintour.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art's highly anticipated spring exhibition, dubbed fashion's biggest night, will take place Monday, May 4. This year’s theme, "Costume Art," is expected to draw in some of Hollywood's biggest stars and their bold, fashion-forward looks.
Beyoncé last attended the Met Gala a decade ago. However, she is no stranger to the iconic steps. She made her debut in 2008 and has attended seven times, including in 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Her 2026 appearance will mark her eighth time at the event.
